EnviroVantage Inc., a leader in the safe handling of hazardous materials at the building and historic reconstruction sites, today announced the appointment of Mark Burns as its new senior sales estimator.

Burns comes to EnviroVantage from the Boston office of environmental contractor, MARCOR Remediation, Inc. where he worked as a field operations manager for asbestos, lead, and microbial cleanup projects. Prior to MARCOR, Burns served as a project manager and estimator for CD Constructors (Chelmsford, MA), and as resident engineer for Boston, MA-based construction firm of Haley & Aldrich.

"We're certain Mark's costing and project management expertise will provide maximum value to our customers and will enable us to make the most efficient use of our resources as we continue to grow," says EnviroVantage president Scott Knightly. "Mark's experience in managing the environmental impact of long-term construction projects also makes him a valued member of our team."

Burns lives in Nashua, New Hampshire with his wife and their twin daughters.
