Project

The former Regal Cinema movie theater, located in Merrimack, NH, underwent major renovations to be transformed into a PC Connection office building. EnviroVantage partnered with Milestone Engineering and Construction on this eco-friendly project.

Role

EnviroVantage demolished the entire interior of the old movie theater for office building conversion. Employees took out over 200 yards of concrete and cleared out the entire building. They recycled all metal involved and effectively met the demand for sustainable design.

Major Challenge

How to get the excavator into the building. EnviroVantage innovatively decided to remove the windows and doors and proceeded to drive the excavator right into the building!

Result

The 17,000 square foot renovation was successfully completed and PC Connection now happily inhabits their new office space.
