Thayer Building hosts the Medicaid Program as part of the Department of Health and Human Services located at the Governor Hugh J. Gallen Office Park in Concord, NH. This facility required lead-based paint stabilization and EnviroVantage was selected to provide the lead paint removal services.
The scope of services being provided by EnviroVantage include removing the loose flaky paint, replacing or repairing the deteriorated trim on the door and window openings, and replacing the missing damaged or deteriorated glazing compound, siding, flashing and caulking. Next the EV crews will clean and prime all bare wood and previously painted surfaces, and to finish they will put 2 fresh coats of paint on the exterior of the structure.
Thayer Building is occupied 24 hours a day, seven days a week. EnviroVantage crews are careful to complete all lead paint removal services safely with the proper containment and warnings surrounding the project work areas.
The Thayer Building lead paint removal project is still in progress with potential window replacements pending. Watch for updates.
