We offer lead abatement services to commercial and government clients utilizing skilled labor and specialized equipment to remove paint from walls, railings, ship decks, hulls, tarmacs. We also have extensive experience with lead dust cleaning projects inside of hydropower facilities, aircraft hangars and other various federal and local government facilities. We are highly experienced in passing rigrous clearances with wipe tests. Soil contamination at gun ranges is also something EnviroVantage is equipped to handle. There’s not a lead abatement project too large for us to handle.
Equipment:
For interior and exterior work, we leverage new dry and wet blasting technology to reduce dust and air emission to keep our clients and staff as safe as possible. Our AmphiBlast machine allows for quick, effective cleaning, while limiting waste and significant reduction in air emissions for blasting masonry and concrete. This machine is capable of treating up to 4,000-5,000 square feet per day of production on paint lines.
History of Lead Abatement at EnviroVantage:
In the early days of EnviroVantage, historic restoration and lead paint removal were our two primary services offered. Since then our CEO Scott Knightly, helped write the New Hampshire lead laws in 1990 (lead license 001) which helped create a legal framework for the way lead-based products and materials are dealt with in New Hampshire. As we approach 40 years of lead removal in schools, historic buildings, and other commercial/industrial and government properties across the country, we hope you choose us for all of your lead abatement projects.
