To our employees

As we continue to grow, our culture remains driven by the same entrepreneurial backbone and forward-thinking attitude that our founder and CEO implemented when he founded the company in 1984. While we remain committed to our New England roots, we have also leveraged new opportunities in our existing markets and expanded into new areas and locations, including the Mid-Atlantic.

We are committed to delivering industry-leading training and development for our teams so they can acquire new skills and continue to learn. We also continually provide team members with opportunities to expand upon their roles and responsibilities within the company and industry.

Additionally, we invest in the latest technology to help our teams be more efficient and safe and ensure positive collaboration and communication across the organization.

Building-Vehicles-and-Team

Above all, we are committed to protecting the health and safety of our employees by providing safety management and training. We ask all employees to take ownership for safety and bring the attitude that “I am individually responsible for safety” to the job each and every day.

To our customers

Relationships drive who we are, and our goal has always been to exceed your expectations. We strive to provide open communication, continually listen to our customers, and deliver the highest quality work at competitive prices. Through honesty, integrity, and transparency, our goal is to earn your trust and establish a long-term partnership that will lead the way in our industry. We want you to know that you can count on us — no matter the project.

To our industry

We strive to lead the way in our best-value approach to solving complex environmental, demolition, and indoor air quality challenges. Equally important to us is the growth and development of the industries in which we work. To this end, our company actively participates on various committees and the boards of nonprofit industry organizations. We believe industry organizations that work for their members to deliver relevant content are essential for success. We believe that an effective, engaging industry should provide education, collaboration, and networking opportunities.

We are proud to serve on the boards of the National Demolition Association, Associated Builders and Contractors, and the Society of American Military Engineers.

To our environment

We are committed to the proper handling and disposal of all hazardous materials we encounter on our job sites, and we understand the importance of protecting our environment. We are also committed to recycling and reusing as much material as possible on all our projects. We continue to invest in and research new technology and equipment that can make our work processes better for the environment and the community.

To our community

We are committed to be a strong, community-minded business from the top down. We support various programs and organizations, and we serve on numerous local boards. We also support community groups through sponsorships, event support, and participation, including the University of New Hampshire, Northeast Passage, and Annie’s Angels Memorial Fund.

Being a community partner where we can make a difference is at the core of who we are and who we want to be.
