All surfaces in the work are cleaned using HEPA filtered vacuums and biocide solutions that are designed for chemically sensitive clients. Contents are handled and cleaned according to the scope of work. If any new areas of concern are discovered, the homeowner and consultant are contacted. When the project is complete, a post remediation verification should be performed by the environmental consultant.
