What is our process?

Inspection: Our inspection procedures to view your HVAC system include the use of: Fiberoptic borescopes, robotic video cables, and still photography.

The Typical Cleaning Process:

  1. Prepare an effective removal plan to best fit your project.
  2. They will then cover the duct openings with blocking material (like a self-stick plastic sheeting).
  3. The crew will cut a hole in the “return” side of the ductwork (near the Air Handler) and attach the duct cleaning vacuum.
  4. They will systematically remove the self-sticking plastic and use brushes / compressed air to loosen the debris and force it into the vacuum.
  5. The grills will be HEPA vacuumed and reinstalled.
  6. The Air Handler and fan assembly will then be HEPA vacuumed and cleaned.
  7. The crew will then move over to the “supply” side of the ductwork.  As with the “return” side, the duct cleaning vacuum will be attached near the air handling unit.
  8. They will systematically remove the self-sticking plastic and use brushes / compressed air to loosen the debris and force it into the vacuum.
  9. The grills will be HEPA vacuumed and reinstalled.
  10. Lastly, the air filters will be replaced if needed and the system will be re-energized.
